1.What is meaning of MOQ?
MOQ means minimum order quantity. For most items, the MOQ is 300pcs~500pcs/item/color. And for some hot items available from stock, it can be as low as 50pcs ~100pcs/item/color.

2.What about your Trade Term?
As usual, we would quote by EXW or FOB Shenzhen if you don’t have special requirements.

3.What about the Payment Term?
Usually, we accept TT(Telegraphic Transfer) for new customers and small orders, and Irrevocable L/C at sight for VIP customers and large orders.

4.Can I get free samples?
Most items we will collect sample fee and freight fee, but which can be reimbursed as part of payment for the orders you place in the future.

5.What about the Shipping Method and Cost?
It depends on your requirements. We can help you choose the best way to ship the goods if you don’t have a shipping forwarder in China.
Shipping cost is based on the weight &size of the product, shipping address and type of service level. Before placing the order, our salesman will offer kinds of shipping method and cost for your reference.

6.What is your Standard Packaging? Can I do Customized Packaging?
Our standard packaging will be different according to different products. Below 1000pcs, we will prefer to offer standard packaging.
Customized packaging is welcome, our professional designers will help you design packaging. Minimum order quantity is 1000PCS to 3000pcs per design according to different products.
